Monitor project progress, track performance, and report updates to senior management
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders
Manage budgets, cost tracking, and ensure projects are completed within financial targets
Ensure all projects align with company standards, compliance, and quality expectations
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Jira)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage)
